My next meal is an amazing lasagna. I am very excited to make this meal because I love Italian foods. This meal is simple and sweet. It fills you up and leaves you wanting more. The most important part of a lasagna is the crusty cheese on top. That cheese is in fact the kiss of an angel on top of a delicious cheese filled meal.
The recipe that I used is one that mother would always make growing up. I took it and added my own little twist to make it more of my style.
Cheese is my favorite food to add to any meal. This is how I spice my moms lasagna up. I simply add a lot more cheese and different types of cheese. My mom uses cottage cheese and I will be using ricotta cheese. I will also be using two types of mozz cheese.
