The lettuce wraps turned out to be good, but not what I was looking for. I ended up using a different recipe which is a copy cat of the PF Chang's recipe. They were a really tasty meal, but they did not taste completely like they make them.
The sauce did not have the same flavor as what the restaurants sauce did. It was also thin and runny when their sauce is a little more think. My fiance loved the meal, but I am finding that he is not a good judge on my food. He loves just about all kinds of food and therefore is not a good food critic because he thinks that it is all great.
If I were to make this meal again then I would make the sauce a little more thick.
